Also, I am not a GS, GM, nor do I "love" them (to be honest, I'm offput by how many GS's we have, and how some of them I personally haven't witnessed doing anything for the community.).
5: Ichi Gold Parties
Now that people don't have as much money to spend on plates, only people with decent gear will be sought after for Ichi golds. Now, gunners will NEED that mothman, DD's will NEED that cerb/orth. Pretty much, those that plvled/sponsored to level 85 and now just have unsynthed gear will be shunned.
4: Skills/Expertise
Now that people can't powerlevel from level 25 to level 8x, they will actually have to practice Expertise (spin/rush/etc) in other dungeons. Personally, myself, I used spin without incenses, got to 4.5, and pretty much just grinded all necessary expertises in Sugi Silver. My first Ichi Gold was at level 55-58, as a sponsor. I started joining golds (after getting the right gear), at about 61.
3: Lower costs for gear.
The inflation on the gear was getting out of hand. Now that people have less macca, things that are rare will be rare, things that shouldn't cost so much won't get sold at such high prices, and things will come down to a more reasonable level.
2: Ichi Sponsoring will now slow down.
Sponsors get on my nerve from time to time. They get in the way, they slow the pt down, and they lower the EXP gain due to their levels. What angers me even more is when a sponsor bought 20 levels in one day, then procedes to join your PT as the DD or Gunner the next day, but without ANY decent skills, gear, or even a good demon. So yeah, I'd rather pay my own money with others, buy the plates, then use them, then have to deal with plvling a person who will be useless "fighting" alongside with me in a week.
1: Watching you hypocrites.
This one is more personally, for me. I lurk these boards, I watch over barter threads, and I watch the SB from time to time. One common complaint I've seen is this:
"Lower leveled dungeons are hardly populated, ichi gold is so evil, it ruins the game for everyone. hey, I'm sponsoring ichi golds later"
Then this patch comes along, which essentially FORCES the lower level dungeons to become a form of money and training, and now all I see is complaining. I lold'.
Also, I have *never* needed to farm.
How I made money from levels 1-50.
1) Sugi Silver (Amethyst), a good run will take 10-13 mins, so at a lower level, you could get about 20k in 30 mins, and also get experience, and train your skills.
2) Training pixies, cu siths, cait siths, and improving my personal demon.
Pixies, Cu Siths, and Cait Siths are all demons that typically higher levels won't bother to train, as they used their teleport, or their homepoint is Babel (among other reasons). So basically, lower level demons, like P, CS, and CaitS; and even elements, like Aeros, Ethrys, and Aquans, are all worth decent cash, and can be trained easily, even in lower dungeons.
I've been waiting for this patch for a while.
