Attention players - Scamming!We have become aware that there is a player who has been using multiple accounts to try and scam other players. The scammer has been trying to convince people to give him their password so that he can buy AP for their account, and in return, they give him items or macca in-game. The scammer then issues a credit card chargeback, so the AP is removed from the player's account. Now, if you have a payment that gets a chargeback, your account will be banned by our billing department automatically until we can figure out what's happening and why there was a chargeback. We are trying to track down all of the scammer's accounts, but because he is using IP proxies and multiple credit cards, it is a difficult task.
So please, be careful with trades like this! Here's how you can be safe:
-Never, EVER give your password to another player, and never fall for another player telling you that they will buy your AP in exchange for in-game items. This can very easily lead to you being scammed.
-If you see another player offering to buy AP for people, please let us know. We'll look into it.
-Please note that it is perfectly acceptable for a player to buy an AP item and then trade it away to another player. That is the most common way of "giving somebody AP." If they say that they need to log on to YOUR account in order to do a trade, it is most likely a scam.
